CONSULTATION & BOOKING FEE
We charge a consultation fee for all first time bookings. This payment also secures your appointment, please check our treatment price list for the most up to date price for these.
50% of this fee can be redeemed against any treatment you may decide to have following your consultation, if confirmed within 7 days after the consultation.
Please note, your consultation fee cannot be redeemed against: skincare, prescription products, bespoke skincare, gift vouchers or transferred to a friend/family member’s appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a 48 hour cancellation period and request that clients contact the clinic prior to the 48 hour period, this can be via email, call or voicemail – as long as it is received prior to this period. Unfortunately, if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period, the price of the consultation will be charged before you can rebook (please see our price list for the fees).
Please note, this cancellation fee is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against any skincare or future treatment/s. if you cancel or reschedule on more than 3 consecutive occasions within the 48 hour cancellation period the price of a consultation will be charged before you can rebook (please see our price list for the fees).
Please note, this is non-refundable, regardless of if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period, though it can be redeemed when you come into clinic and have a treatment.
ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS COMPLIMENTARY REVIEW
We offer a complimentary review within a month from your initial appointment and no sooner than 2 weeks, allowing plenty of time for it to settle.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment to ensure the next client is not delayed. This may result in the loss of your deposit and require rebooking. We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible.
